Applicants are asked to complete and return the application form together with a cheque for all meals ordered for the choral course plus either the full course fee or registration fee of £10 to reach the Course Administrator by 22nd May 2008 at the latest.  Any balance of fees should preferably be paid on acceptance but definitely no later than 31st May 2008.
All Cheques should be made payable to the North Wales Summer School of Music. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.

Solo Course: Plas Tan y Bwlch.

Resident including all meals + course fee £180

Observers £10 per session

Ensuite rooms if available £18

Choral Course: Y Galeri, Caernarfon

Course Fee: £70

Meals: Friday supper, Saturday lunch & dinner, & Sunday lunch: £50

Accommodation can be booked through NWSS at a preferential group rate at Premier Inn, Caernarfon; as soon as possible but preferably before 31st May 08. We are still in talks with them to ensure the best possible deal.

All pieces for the course will be available at the time for a small hire charge, or in advance (see application form). The Lalande can be obtained, if a personal copy is required, from Chester-Novello on special order for about £10

Fees
(excluding registration fee) will be refunded only in extenuating circumstances and in the case of illness, a doctor's certificate will be required.
We regret that any cancellation made after two weeks before the courses commence necessitates loss of fees. 
We recommend that you arrange your own insurance cover in case you have to cancel. Your insurance broker can advise you on the best cover and cost for you.
